*Birmingham, Mich. (October 15, 2008)*– The
Michigan Youth Arts Festival has released the 2009
guidelines for participation today. Statewide
adjudications are conducted in seven artistic
disciplines that result in nearly 1,000 students
receiving invitations to this prestigious Festival.
