The Jeremy Kittel Band will be performing in
Clarkston on Friday, January 16, 2009 at the
Clarkston High School Performing Arts Center,
sponsored by the Clarkston Schools Instrumental Music
Association. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. with
tickets ($10) available at the door.
Jeremy Kittel (celtic and jazz fiddle) has performed several concerts in Clarkston. He has been awarded six Detroit Music Awards, was the US National Scottish Fiddle Champion and currently plays with the Turtle Island String Quartet. He will be joined by Tristan Clarridge (cello) who is the current Grand Master Fiddle Champion and four time National Fiddle Champion, Kyle Sanna (guitar) who has performed many times at Carnegie Hall and Bodek Janke (percussion) who was the winner of Germany's high Jazz award.
Clarkston High School is located at 6093 Flemings Lake Road, Clarkston MI 48346.
